Today is the grand opening of the 16th World Computer Congress, sponsored by the International Federation for Information Processing. This cross-century distinguished gathering of personages in the global information field is where experts and entrepreneurs from many countries have convened to exchange academic ideas, exhibit technological achievements, and discuss development trends, which will exert a significant impact on the development of IT worldwide.
