Proven Principles of Innovation

We have explored leadership behaviors required for achieving success in a diverse culture. In this section, we will discuss innovation in its purest form. Until now, the examples convey incremental innovation resulting from improvement of an existing product or service. Innovation in its purest is creating a new product, service, or organization. This section will offer examples and ideas for creating new product or services incorporating principles of innovation. Practicing innovation principles, identifying demographic changes, defining and recruiting key skill sets, collaborative project leadership, encouraging play at work, and keeping secrets will lead to your success when innovating.
