APPENDIX F: SAMPLE PROCEDURE FOR CRITICAL PRESSURE EQUIPMENT (CPE)
Purpose: To define a procedure for operation, maintenance and repair of critical pressure equipment operated by Safe & Sound Inc. (SSI).
Responsibilities:
- Manager < > has the overall responsibility for implementation and maintenance of this procedure.
- A competent and authorised person shall be nominated (for each CPE), who shall have the overall responsibility for safety, operations and maintenance of the assigned CPE.
