Synopsis

This book discusses offshore oil engineering systematically and comprehensively from the feature perspective of the ocean. It is composed of seven chapters. The main contents include the environment of offshore oil and gas engineering and environmental loads, offshore oil and gas drilling and production engineering and equipment, special problems in deepwater and beach-shallow sea oil and gas engineering, subsea pipeline engineering, and safety system engineering.
This book is written for scientific and technical personnel and the management who work in petroleum engineering, offshore oil engineering, and the related industries; it can also be used as a reference by teachers and students of other higher education specialties.
