I have reviewed the results of the security certification of the ABC System and all supporting documentation provided in the ABC System accreditation package. Based on this review, I have determined that the risk resulting from the operation of the system to XYZ Company operations, assets, and personnel is not presently acceptable. However, I recognize that there is a continuing need to allow the system to continue its operation due to existing business needs.
