In the site collections pane, you have the following options;
- Create: To create a new site collection, click on the New drop-down, then select Private Site Collection, and follow the instructions based on the type of site that you need:
- Manage: To manage a site, select a site and choose from options such as Properties, Owners, Sharing, and Storage Quota to change its properties as you see fit:
