  • With your champions, create a feedback form to address end-user inquiries at the appointed time. The team can create a Yammer group for users to submit questions and provide advices on where to access information.
  • You can maintain a FAQ list to address the most predicted questions. Post the FAQ to your intranet, SharePoint, Yammer, and depending on the size of the organization teams.
