All projects, regardless of the size of the organization, need to have planning. These are initial tasks that are needed for a project to be successful, assuming that all workloads work as expected. We need to remediate some tasks in order to avoid issues during deployment and to have a good experience with collaborators.
One issue that is common in some organizations when moving to a cloud solution is the stability and performance of their internet access. Another issue could be how the organization will manage Office 365 and whether they have the right skills to support, implement, and maintain it as this book describes.
All these kinds of issues must be resolved before we go live with a project on Office 365.
