5. Using the Office Apps

We have all found ourselves in situations while we’re on the road or just away from the office when we would like to be able to look at a Word document recently completed by a colleague or a PowerPoint presentation that you prepared but didn’t really have time to fine-tune. Recent versions of the Office application suite have shifted away from the notion of storing files on your computer (it really got started with Office 2010).
