Viewing Page Versions

You can view the different versions of the pages in your OneNote notebooks. This feature is meant to be used when you share a notebook with other users. Page versions are listed by date and author. As the “owner” of the notebook, you can go through the different versions of a page and restore a particular version, if necessary.

The Page Versions command is in the History group on the Ruler’s History tab. The Page Versions command enables you to view the versions of a page (if any exist) and to delete versions in a section, section group, or notebook. To view the versions of a page, follow these steps:
