Manipulating Publication Objects
Publisher enables you to manipulate the objects on a page. You can group objects, layer objects on a page, and even swap images between two picture frames and maintain the size settings for each of the picture placeholders involved in the swap.

Grouping objects lets you fine-tune the positioning of any number of objects on the page.
