23. Managing Email in Outlook

Although Outlook is a multitasker’s dream for its different functions, one of its primary purposes is that of email client. Considering that most of us (no matter what our vocation) send and receive large volumes of email, Outlook takes the “mess” out of messages (as opposed to putting the “fun” in dysfunctional) and enables you to communicate with others in an organized and effective manner.

Outlook’s mail client supports a number of email account types, including Internet mail (email provided by your ISP), Microsoft Exchange Server mail, Microsoft Outlook.com, and Gmail.
