Using Headers and Footers

Although each slide contains information that is different from every other slide in the presentation, it is not uncommon to add repeating information to the slides in a presentation. For example, you might want to include the date and a slide number at the bottom of every slide. And in cases where you are providing your PowerPoint slides to others, you might want to place your name on each slide so that it is apparent that you were the creator of the presentation.
