Opening a New Presentation Window

You can open a second window that shows the current presentation; this enables you to view a presentation in two different views at the same time. For example, one window could use Normal view, and the other window could use Slide Sorter view. This enables you to manipulate the same presentation in different ways. For example, you could cut and paste or copy and paste an object from slides in one of the windows to the other window. Changes that you make to the presentation in either window are reflected in both windows.
