Editing Cell Content

Accurately entering information into the cells of your Excel worksheet is extremely important, particularly in the case of values. A worksheet boasting the most complex functions Excel can offer still calculates incorrect results if you have made an error when entering the data onto the worksheet.

While entering text or values in a cell, you do have the capability to edit your work if you make a mistake. As you are entering data, you can quickly back up and delete a typo by using the Backspace key. If you’ve already entered the data and moved on to another cell before noticing that it is incorrect, you have a couple options.
