Tracking Document Changes

If you work in an environment where you collaborate with coworkers on Word documents such as reports, employee handbooks, and other materials, you can track the changes made by the various collaborators in the document. This enables you to keep track of changes made by each individual; in fact, each individual’s changes are tagged with a username. After the various participants have made all their changes to the document, you can review it and determine the changes that you will accept and reject.
