Working with Your Digital Pictures

The Microsoft Office applications enable you to insert different digital picture file formats into your Office documents. Because it is true that a picture is worth a thousand words, you can use pictures to enhance your Word documents, PowerPoint slides, Excel worksheets, and even Outlook emails. You can also include images on your OneNote notebook pages. Some of the commonly used digital picture file formats are as follows:
