Installing Office 2013
How you purchase your Office 2013 software affects how you install Office 2013. If you purchase your software on DVD (or potentially as a download from Microsoft), you install it by running the Setup file that accompanies the software files. A DVD automatically runs the setup when you load the DVD (typically). After setup begins, you must accept the terms of agreement to proceed; you also have the option to customize the installation (basically, you choose the applications and tools that are installed). When you are past these installation screens, you can sit back and let the installation proceed.
