Summary

In this chapter, you learned how to search, protect, and synchronize your notes using OneNote.

You can search for information, sort and filter search results, and protect your notes with passwords. You also learned how to share existing workbooks with other people and how to open workbooks other people have shared. You can view older versions of pages, recover the versions you need, and clear out old page versions that you no longer require.

In the next chapter, we'll look at how to use OneNote with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
