Revising, Finalizing, and Printing Your Documents

In this chapter, I'll show you how to use Word's features for revising and finalizing your documents—plus I'll explain some useful printing features Word offers.

You'll learn first how to use Word's powerful Track Changes feature to track exactly those changes that you want to be able to review, how to work in a document with Track Changes on, and how to integrate your and your colleagues' tracked changes into a single document. We'll then go through how to use comments in your documents, and then move on to the tools that Word gives you for comparing or combining different versions of the same document.
