Slide Show Menu
This menu contains all of the slide show-related menu commands, used for preparing and running a slideshow.
View Slide Show
Starts the slideshow from the current slide. Keyboard shortcut: ⌘-Return.
View Presenter Tools
Starts the slideshow using the Presenter Tools display (Using Presenter Tools)
Custom Shows
Opens the Custom Shows window, where you can add, edit, or remove custom slide show variations on the currently open presentation.
Set Up Show
Opens the Set Up Show window, where you can set options for the currently open presentation.
Rehearse Timings
Runs through your slideshow, keeping track of the amount of time that it takes to show each slide. Those times can be saved with the presentation so that it runs just as long as it did during rehearsal.
Record Narration
Runs through your slide show while recording your voice, making a complete presentation out of what you record. The audio plays back as a series of audio clips to the timings that you set while recording your narration.
Action Buttons
Lets you add action buttons to your slides. You can choose the kind of action button (mostly used for navigating, playing media clips, or opening files) from the submenu: custom, home, help, information, previous slide, next slide, first slide, last slide, last slide viewed, document, sound, and movie.
Action Settings
If you have an Action Button selected, this command opens the Action Settings window, where you can decide what the selected Action Button does.
