Predistortion Techniques for Nonlinear Distortion Mitigation

Predistortion techniques attempt to compensate for non-linear distortions by modifying the input signal characteristics. These modifications can be either non-adaptive or adaptive. The most common non-adaptive technique studied in the literature and used in practice is amplitude clipping.
