Tim Weilkiens is area manager of Systems Engineering of the German consulting company, oose Innovative Informatik GmbH. His work focuses on modeling and development processes. He represents oose GmbH at OMG, where he, among other things, actively contributes to the UML specification. He is the co-author of the SysML specification and developer of the OCEB certification program.
Christian Weiss is CEO of oose Innovative Informatik GmbH. Since 1991, he has worked in object-oriented software development as executive developer, consultant, and trainer.
