About the Authors
Tay Kratzer has supported GroupWise for 14 years in various capacities. At Novell he worked as a support engineer for some of Novell’s larger customer sites. He is the author of several GroupWise books and articles. Tay is a Novell Master CNE, and in 2000 he was presented with the highest achievement award from the Software Support Professional Association. He is the lead practice manager for GWAVA’s Linux Professional Services division. Tay also programs solutions that integrate with Novell’s GroupWise.
