Glossary

Anchor: A representation/stimulus connected to and triggering a subsequent response. Anchors can be naturally occurring or set up deliberately.

Associated: The memory of an experience as if seen through your own eyes (i.e. re-living it).

At Cause: Having a positive, can-do attitude, as opposed to At Effect.

At Effect: Having a negative, complaining attitude, as opposed to At Cause.

Auditory digital (Ad): The representational system dealing with logic and the way we talk to ourselves.

Beliefs: Generalizations we make about the world and our opinions about it. They form the rules about what we can and cannot do.

Calibration: The ability to notice and measure changes with respect to a standard. Usually involves the comparison between two ...
