Individuals and organizations tend to function more productively if there is an internal congruence or alignment about what they are doing. For example, are they being true to themselves and what’s really important to them? In this chapter, we will be covering a model that will help both you as an individual and your organization to be able to become even more congruent, as well as providing a structure for approaching challenges and problems. The model is known in NLP as the “Neurological Levels” model.
