Exercise 1 Sitting in the passenger seat

Purpose

To encourage participants to think about the beliefs they have about their clients and give them the opportunity to reassess those attitudes and the behaviour that inevitably stems from them.

This exercise has obvious applications for anyone who deals with the public as part of their job, but, in fact, it might also be extended to anyone in a professional relationship where there is some kind of difficulty or conflict: manager/employee, colleague/colleague, members of a team, and so on.
