The WU-1a Wireless adapter

When Nikon announced the D3200, it also announced the brand-new WU-1a Wireless Adapter. This adapter allows you to transfer images directly from the camera to a computer or smart device. It also allows you to control the camera from the device. This allows you to use your smart device as a live view for the camera and even control the shutter-release button. You can browse through the images on the camera and select and upload them to different locations. The camera even shows you a lower-resolution image (the full 24.2 megapixels is too big). The WU-1a Wireless Adapter is $59 and only works with the Nikon D3200 right now, but chances are it will work with other Nikon cameras in the future. At this writing, the adapter works only with Android devices, but Nikon has announced that it will soon also work with Apple iOS.
