The progress inherent in software engineering is ported into knowledgeware engineering. With due diligence, the operation codes (opcs) for the CPUs are translated into knowledge-based operation codes (kopcs) for the knowledge processor units or KPUs. The entire history of the explosion in the design of microprogramming, assembly language, higher-level language, and application programming repeats with an emphasis to solve human problems rather than scientific or corporate problems.
