A Summary Case Study
The Appendix will combine several of the techniques covered throughout the other parts of the book. The Appendix will use a solution to a common Supply Chain Management problem to illustrate many of the techniques and Excel features covered in the book.
The case study will utilize features like simple formulas, absolute addressing, sensitivity analysis, the Solver add-in, scroll bars, advanced chart ideas, and more.
In addition, a very important part of the Appendix is about presentation. The combination of different charts and pictures with animation takes an analytic problem and makes it exciting, helping you to convince your audience.
