XrML

Extensible Rights Markup Language (XrML) defines a content-centric access control mechanism that uses a digital rights methodology. Long story short, it defines XML languages that may be leveraged to specify rights and conditions to control access to digital content and services. For example, XrML is able to define who can view a particular resource and under what circumstances.
