Middleware Interfaces
A BPIOAI tool is just that—a tool. Without the proper connections to the source or target systems within the enterprise or trading community, the process model that is created using such tools cannot execute a new model. In order to make those connections, we need to employ traditional application integration-enabled middleware such as integration brokers, application servers, and other middleware solutions.
Middleware vendors are seeking ways to incorporate sophisticated BPIOAI within their products, either by building their own product or by licensing a tool from a BPIOAI tool vendor. At the same time, BPIOAI tool vendors are building or licensing the middleware.
