Choosing the Content
All of the content modules in this book can be used for full-day training sessions. Select the modules based on your assessment of the needs of the participant group. If the group does not have a set of assessed needs identified (for example, if an assessment was not completed or an open registration process is being used), select the modules based on the competencies the organization seeks to develop.
Also, as noted for the half-day sessions, the entire curriculum contained in this workbook can be offered in a series of full-day sessions.
