We include three instruments for evaluating training. The first two can be used in training designs as well.
Instrument 11-1: Trainer Competencies— This questionnaire helps you establish learning priorities for your own development. It can be used at any time, and you can use it to solicit feedback from trainees at the end of sessions or sometime afterward.
