Elements of an Effective Orientation Program

For the orientation process to be successful, it must be established as a formal program with a program administrator. The training department is the most likely department to handle that responsibility. In addition to providing the basic framework for the program, the training department can be very helpful by conducting orientation training sessions for managers and supervisors.
