Adults learn through a variety of means. One person may learn better by listening; another person may be visual and prefer to read instructions; someone else may need a demonstration.

No one learning mode is right or even better than another. The point is that each person learns differently, and you will have a variety of learning styles represented in your training attendees. Effective trainers, therefore, must design their programs to accommodate such style differences.
