Thanking people is very important. This book was a struggle in many ways. What I was seeking to do was write a business book with a difference; something that has energy and bounce, that isn’t stuffy or impenetrable, and a book that, above all, doesn’t pull its punches about what needs to change. Getting there was only possible because people around me were honest, supportive and brought their ideas to the project.
