Know how to describe and use the troubleshooting information and statistics that arpb, nbtstat, and netstat provide for you. The arp utility shows whether an IP address is being resolved to your MAC address (or someone else's in case of conflicts). The netstat utility produces TCP/IP statistics, and nbtstat produces NetBIOS over TCP/IP statistics.
