Logical Network Architecture

The logical network design is composed of segregated networks that are implemented physically using virtual local area networks (VLANs) defined by network switches. The internal network uses private IP address space (10.0.0.0) for security and portability advantages. FIGURE 7-1 shows a high-level overview of the logical network architecture.
