The Cloud
Abstract
Moving data onto the Internet or to private fiber links means another dimension to storage networking, with gateways, compression, and deduplication on the one hand, and efficient transfer protocols on the other. Data access has its own methods, too, while adding the hybrid cloud to the equation creates further changes.
