Comparison Graphs

The easiest way to compare traffic from multiple time periods is to overlay one graph atop another; doing so helps you evaluate the impact of system changes on the network. You can use the same type of linear interpolation for this as well, with some needed changes to the graph techniques and the time values.

In the following report, you'll compare inbound and outbound Internet traffic from two different 24-hour periods, A and B. The data is in two files: inboundA.txt and inboundB.txt. I've already removed the column names from the top of these files.
