FlowScan Prerequisites
FlowScan has the following requirements:
Web server, such as any recent version of Apache
Perl
Korn shell or pdksh (http://www.cs.mun.ca/~michael/pdksh/)
RRDtool (http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/) with Perl shared module support
The Boulder::Stream Perl module
The ConfigReader::DirectiveStyle Perl module
The HTML::Table Perl module
The Net::Patricia Perl module
Cflow.pm
You can install most of these from operating system packages. Although the FlowScan documentation includes warnings about installing the RRDtool Perl module RRDs.pm, RRDTool has included this module for some time now.
Note
Be sure to test your Cflow.pm install before starting on FlowScan.
