Chapter 5. U.S.-Based Netsourcing Case Studies
In Chapters 5 and 6 we present 10 original case studies on netsourcing suppliers and their customers. Five suppliers based in the United States are discussed in this chapter: Corio, EDS, Host Analytics, MainPass, and Zland. Five suppliers based in Europe are covered in Chapter 6: Lodge, marviQ, SAP, Siennax, and Vistorm. The division of cases by continent is arbitrary, as suppliers based in one country often provide services to customers located elsewhere. Indeed, some of the cases—most notably EDS and SAP—are truly global players. The continental divide of cases is really to give you a breather.
