How to do it...

1. Open Visual Studio 2017.
2. Click File | Project to create a project. 
3. In the New Project dialog box, expand the Other Project Types node in the left pane and select Visual Studio Solutions. In the right pane, select Blank Solution.

4. In the Name: textbox, type Chapter7.Networking and in the Location: textbox select a path from the drop-down box or click on the Browse... button to locate a path:

5. Click OK.
6. Now your Solution Explorer (Ctrl + Alt + L) should look like this:

7. Now, click the right mouse button on the Chapter7.Networking ...
