Publishing a web app in Azure

In this section, we will learn to publish a web app in Azure. As discussed in the previous two sections, we can create a resource from the Azure portal or we can write code on top of the SDK of our preferred language; for example, C#, PowerShell, and so on. As a developer working on Microsoft technologies, most of my productive work time is spent on Microsoft Visual Studio, so I would like to publish the web app  on Azure. This is the most common scenario that we perform as, after developing the web app, it should be hosted in the cloud for it to be available for a larger audience and more users.
