Publishing a web app in Azure

In this section, we will learn to publish a web app in Azure. As discussed in the previous two sections, we can create a resource from the Azure portal or we can write code on top of the SDK of our preferred language; for example, C#, PowerShell, and so on. As a developer working on Microsoft technologies, most of my productive work time is spent on Microsoft Visual Studio, so I would like to publish the web app  on Azure.
