About the Contributors

Thomas E. Becker, PhD, is a professor of management in the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. He received his PhD in industrial–organizational psychology from The Ohio State University in 1990. His research interests are employee commitment, integrity, motivation, job performance, and research methods. He has published in leading journals in psychology and management, and in 2009, coedited a book, Commitment in Organizations (SIOP Organizational Frontiers Series, Routledge/Psychology Press), with John Meyer and Howard Klein.
