Abstract

Organizations that do not change, do not survive. If an organization is to survive, it's strategy must be integrated into a fluent and synchronized focus. It is the act of collaborative integrations that causes strategy to be advantageous. Fragmentation causes organizations to fail. Simply put, the way an organization's leadership thinks reflects its success or failure.
