Jeanne M. Brett is DeWitt W. Buchanan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Dispute Resolution and Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, where she is also the director and a founding member of the Dispute Resolution Research Center. Brett initiated Kellogg's popular “Negotiation Strategies for Managers” course and then extended the course to negotiating in a global environment. She conducts research and negotiation training programs at Kellogg and in executive programs around the world.
