A presentation of needs assessment findings and recommendations must be tailored to the client’s style; be cognizant of the client’s business needs; allow opportunity for the client to develop recommendations on his or her own that are then validated in the presentation; and acknowledge the importance of non-training issues that are influencing the business and performance situation.
