Define Your Presentation Goals

Presumably, the goals of your presentation are to (1) persuade the client to give the thumbs-up to the training intervention design and delivery as recommended; and (2) take ownership of the non-training issues and recommendations. As you plan and deliver your presentation, these goals must always be uppermost in your mind. Each comment that you make should draw the audience back to the goals of the presentation.
